Hannington Osodo brings over two decades of wealth experience in international journalism, media management and strategic multimedia production from across Africa and the Middle East. His work at One Planet Agency reflects a strong commitment to reframing Africa’s global image and climate change campaigns. He is dedicated to elevating authentic global voices and using journalism to foster understanding, innovation and constructive dialogue for a sustainable green planet. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Media and Journalism studies from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.Widely associated with his work for Reuters, and other international news outlets.

Seth Onyango leads impactful climate and sustainability reporting for One Planet Agency, focused on bringing Africa’s stories of adaptation, innovation, and agency to the forefront of global discourse. He turns complex data, research, and technical topics into accessible narratives that centre humans,captures realities and potential in our environment. Across consecutive UN climate summits, he has reported on Africa’s engagement with climate diplomacy, highlighting how countries navigate development priorities and climate risk in a warming planet. His more than a decade work has featured in among others, The Africa Report, Mail and Guardian, McKinsey reports, Quartz and Daily Dispatch.

Steven Umidha specialises in finance and economics reporting, with a strong focus on the causes, impacts and solutions to global challenges such as global warming, conservation, pollution and sustainability. At One Planet Agency, he often blends scientific literacy with journalist ethics, while involving policy analysis and multimedia storytelling to highlight issues from biodiversity loss to ecological justice. The Co-founder of Financial Fortune Media, is a data and financial journalist with over 16 years of work experience in journalism and communication. He has previously worked with the Standard Media Group, Mediamax Networks LTD, Business Journal Africa, CNBC Africa and Financial Post.

Conrad Onyango leverages his data journalism and communications background to shape climate storytelling with a focus on clarity, relevance and impact, ensuring climate issues resonate with diverse audiences. At One Planet Agency, he breaks down complex climate science into simple, accessible language to ignite informed debate and meaningful climate action. With over 15 years experience spanning media, public relations and marketing, the Bloomberg Media Initiative for Africa alumnus brings strong editorial leadership and strategic communications expertise. He has authored, reviewed and edited high-impact reports for organisations such as the Tropical Biology Association and co-authored The Africa Climate Awareness Report 2023.
